Philosophy
It is the philosophy of Snug Harbor Rehabilitation and Recovery to take a multi-disciplinary approach to treatment. We recognize addiction as a disease and that with all diseases there are numerous approaches to healing which are dictated by the individual’s response to treatment. With that in mind, our treatment plan is customized to address the needs of each individual.
Our professional staff of physicians and nurses is complimented by substance abuse counselors with a deep understanding of abuse and dependency. Addiction is a chronic brain disease and relapse can be a part of recovery process.
With our multi-disciplinary approach, we offer spiritual, medical, and social services and have access to community services outside our facility. Our goal is to empower our clients with the tools necessary to achieve our mutual goal of long term recovery.
